Person-centred counselling is a collaborative and non-directive approach. You are invited to explore your experiences at your own pace, in a supportive space where you are heard without judgement.
Yes. I work online with clients across different countries, including Spain and wider Europe. My professional insurance covers international work, except for the USA and Canada.
Sessions take place via secure video call. You will need a private, confidential space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
Many people find online counselling to be a helpful and meaningful way of working, offering flexibility and continuity, especially for those living abroad or moving between countries.
You are welcome to bring anything that feels important to you. This might include emotions, experiences, relationships, life transitions, uncertainty, or a general sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. There is no “right” or “wrong” thing to bring.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Sessions are usually weekly, especially at the beginning. We can review the pace together and adjust depending on what feels helpful for you.
There is no fixed number. Counselling is open-ended and guided by your needs and what you want from the process.
Yes. What you share is treated as confidential, with rare exceptions where there is a serious risk of harm or a legal requirement to disclose information.
Online counselling can be especially helpful during times of relocation or adjustment to life in a new country. We can continue working together as long as it remains appropriate and practical.
Feeling unsure or nervous before beginning is very common. We will take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My role is to offer a consistent, empathic and non-judgemental space. I will not diagnose or tell you what to do, but will support you in exploring things in your own way.
You can get in touch via email or the website contact form to arrange an initial session.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged.
My standard fee is £45 for a 50-minute session. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions on a sliding scale, which can be discussed at enquiry stage. Fees are reviewed periodically.
Simply reach out to arrange an initial session. This is a chance to meet, explore what you’re looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
