A space to be you
Starting counselling can feel like a big step.
Whether life feels difficult, something just doesn't feel quite right, or you simply want a space to pause and make sense of things,
you're welcome here.
I work online, offering flexible appointments to fit around work, study and family life. Reduced daytime rates are available for students
and people on low incomes.

Every counselling relationship is different because every person is different.
Person-centred therapy is built on the belief that, when we`re offered the right conditions, we have an incredible capacity to understand ourselves, make sense of our experiences, and find our own way forward. Some sessions might focus on something happening in your life right now, while others may explore experiences from the past, and patterns you´ve begun to notice.
We begin with you.
Meaningful therapy begins with a genuine relationship. I aim to show up as my authentic self, so you can feel safe to do the same.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
I aim to be open, focused, and engaged in our sessions.
You don´t have to be a different version of yourself to belong here.
Together we´ll make sense of your experiences, at your own pace.
The focus isn’t just on listening, but on helping you feel understood.
I work online with adults in English through a range of challenges, including addiction and substance misuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity and relationship difficulties, and significant life changes. I also support women navigating hormonal changes, including perimenopause and menopause, as well as PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), and expats adjusting to life away from home.
How therapy can help
Having a space to explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns can help you make sense of what’s going on, gain clarity, and understand yourself more deeply.
When you have space to process what
you´re carrying, you may begin to feel more grounded and steady, and better able to navigate life with a greater sense of calm.
Understanding what matters to you can make it easier to make choices that feel right for you, rather than being driven by pressure or expectation. Over time, this can help you develop a stronger sense of who you are and how you want to live.
I offer one-to-one online counselling sessions lasting 50 minutes, via Google Meet, costing £45 per session.
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
Therapy that feels accessible
I believe counselling should be something people can access when they need it, not something that feels out of reach because of cost.
Alongside my standard fee, I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee daytime spaces for those who may otherwise find ongoing therapy difficult to access.
If cost is a concern, please get in touch. We can talk about what might be possible.

Introductory Call
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to briefly meet, discuss what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and see whether working together feels right. I can also guide you through how online sessions work if you’re new to them.
Important for online sessions:
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.

This summer, I'm offering a 6-week counselling package at a reduced rate of £240 (£40 per weekly session).
Sometimes the most valuable investment we make is in the relationship we have with ourselves.
